 Santa's Suit Cookies

Ingredients 

• 1 Package of Glutino Gluten free Chocolate Vanilla Cre'me Cookies
• 2 Package of Guittard Vanilla Milk-Baking Chips
• Gluten free  Mini Marshmallows
• Red Sugar Crystals 
• Red Food Coloring

Instructions

 Melt white chocolate in a double boiler. Once melted place a few drops of red food coloring and mix until all is combined .

Dip one half of the Chocolate Vanilla Cre'me cookie with the red colored white chocolate  and place on a sheet of parchment or wax paper then sprinkle with the red sugar crystals. 

Place in the freezer until the chocolate has set.

Make another batch of melted white chocolate and dip the other side of the Chocolate Vanilla Cre'me cookie then place a mini marshmallow at the center of the cookie to make it look like Santa's belt. 

Place in the freezer until the chocolate has set.
