Gluten free Christmas Wreaths
Ingredients

½ cup of butter or non-dairy butter spread
1-bag of gluten free mini marshmallows or 30 large marshmallows
1-1/2 tsp of green food coloring
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 cups of Corn flakes
( I used gluten free Kellogg’s Special K flakes)
2 tbsp cinnamon red hot candies

Directions

Melt butter(I used non-dairy butter spread)  in a large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows, and cook until melted, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, and stir in the food coloring, vanilla, and cornflakes (GF Special K).
Quickly drop heaping tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto waxed paper, and form into a wreath shape with lightly greased fingers or I used a mini donut pan . Immediately decorate with red hot candies. Place in the refrigerator to chill and set , store in an airtight container.
