products not just food items.
This group consist of men & woman of different ages with many reasons why they are Gluten –free .
It is nice to meet people that you can share & discuss your experience with Gluten Intolerance.
We are also involved in Gluten Free exhibitions

 my first expos. next year
in St. Petersburg, Fl in March.

The GF Chocolate covered Oreos
 are easy to make too!

You will need:

Gluten free Oreos – I used Glutino Brand
GF chocolate chips-I used Guittard Brand

GF Christmas colored sprinkles or non-pariels

Melt chocolate chips in the microwave on low until melted. Stir in vegetable oil.
Place your oreos in the melted chocolate and make sure it is completely covered and then place them
on wax paper on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with Christmas colored sprinkles or non-pariels.
Refrigerate until the chocolate sets up.
