Flowers from my Husband

Very Pretty!

First thing first -Breakfast

Toast with Homemade Blackberry jam

Ingredients

Fresh Blackberries

Honey

Blueberry Agave Nectar

Truvia (Stevia)

Psyllium Husk ( All natural Fiber)

Directions
( Eyeball all ingredients to how much you want to make)

Wash the Blackberries.

Add berries to a bowl and sprinkle with Truvia.

Add a drizzle of Blueberry Agave Nectar & Honey.

Smash the blackberries with a fork.

Add a few more berries & smash some more.

Place bread in toaster.

Sprinkle in about a tsp of Psyllium Husk
& stir mixture until it gets thick.

Toast is done !

Get out the Smart Balance No calorie No fat Butter spray.

Spray your toast and spread the blackberry jam.

Enjoy!

                                         Place remaining jam in a non plastic
                                               container and store in the fridge.
                                           (The berries will stain a plastic container)
