Suggestion: On step 3  I have stired in the melted butter at the end  once other ingredients were mixed so it didn't cook the eggs .

You will  need parchment paper, Pam cooking spray & 9x9 baking dish .

 Step 1 : Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Step 2:  Stir Crust mix and melted butter in a medium bowl until moistened.

Line Baking pan with Parchment paper and spray with Pam cooking spray.

Press mixture firmly and evenly into the lined baking dish.

Step 3: Stir Bar mix, eggs, water,  and mini-chocolate chips until well blended then slowly stir in the melted butter .

Spread evenly over crust & sprinkle mini-chocolate chips on top.

Step 4: Bake as directed 32-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out almost clean.

Pull out  Mud Bars  at the last 10 minutes of baking time and sprinkle Candy Cane Decorations

Check with Toothpick to see if they are done

Step 5: Let cool and dust with powdered sugar. Cut into bars and gift wrap.
Had to take several photos  for temptation.
